Roxana has been serving FMCG & retail in Romania for almost 15 years. First as a journalist, she had the opportunity to meet and learn from the best professionals, turned-into-friends along the way. She has left her mark on the industry through thought – provoking stories and analysis, but mostly through high level events gathering everybody who’s somebody in Romanian and regional FMCG industry.
Playing with and being fond of market data and analysis led Roxana to the next natural step – joining research. But not after a necessary and mind-opening experience on the side of the client, as responsible of managing business with International Key Accounts.
Her aim is to grow businesses by growing people.
She secretly envies her Cypriots colleagues for living "at the seaside" all the time.
